remFREE Terms of Service

Effective: October 12, 2026
Version: 2026-10-terms-v1

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of remFREE, a remote monitoring and management service operated by B Moore Solutions LLC. remFREE includes its websites, dashboard, agent software, remote-support tools, inventory, scripts, commands, compliance features, file-management features, screenshots, application-management tools, APIs, and related services.

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, installing the remFREE agent, purchasing or using a remFREE plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use remFREE.

1. Authorized Use

You may use remFREE only on devices, accounts, networks, and systems that you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, consents, or approvals required by law, contract, workplace policy, or customer agreement.

2. Accounts and Tenants

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, authentication credentials, tenant membership, invite links, enrolled devices, and administrative access. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts and roles you authorize.

3. Remote Management Capabilities

remFREE can perform privileged administrative actions on enrolled devices, including remote access, commands, scripts, software installation or removal, screenshots, file transfers, configuration changes, inventory collection, compliance checks, and other device-management operations.

You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing actions before executing them. Device-management operations can affect availability, security, configuration, applications, files, users, and system behavior.

4. Remote Access and User Privacy

Remote-control, screenshot, file-management, and similar features must be used only where you have the legal and contractual authority to do so. You may not use remFREE for unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, data theft, harassment, stalking, or monitoring that violates applicable law or policy.

5. Scripts, Commands, and Automation

Commands, scripts, application-management actions, compliance remediation, automation, and other administrative functions may modify a managed device. You remain responsible for deciding whether an action is appropriate for the target environment and for maintaining appropriate backups and recovery plans.

6. Compliance and Security Information

remFREE may report security posture, patching, configuration, software, account, firewall, antivirus, encryption, local-administrator, and other compliance-related signals. These features provide operational information and do not constitute a certification, guarantee of security, legal opinion, or guarantee that a device satisfies a particular regulatory framework.

7. File Transfers and Customer Data

When you use file-management or transfer features, remFREE may process the selected file data as necessary to perform the requested transfer. You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to access, upload, download, store, or distribute that data.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use remFREE to gain unauthorized access to systems; distribute malware; steal credentials or data; disrupt networks or services; bypass security controls; conduct unlawful surveillance; impersonate others; abuse enrollment or authentication mechanisms; or use the service as malware, spyware, a remote-access trojan, or another harmful tool.

9. Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Paid plans are billed according to the price, billing period, device limits, and other terms shown when you subscribe. Applicable taxes may be added. Subscription features and limits may vary by plan.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund service already provided.

10. Third-Party Services

remFREE may depend on or integrate with third-party services, operating systems, software repositories, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, identity systems, or other external services. Their availability, functionality, and terms are outside our control.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but remFREE may experience maintenance, outages, bugs, network problems, software defects, third-party failures, or other interruptions. You should not rely on remFREE as your only method of accessing or recovering critical systems.

Features, agents, plans, policies, integrations, workflows, and interfaces may be added, modified, renamed, limited, or removed as the service evolves.

12. Updates and Agent Software

remFREE agents and related components may receive updates for security, compatibility, reliability, and functionality. Administrators are responsible for determining whether use of remFREE is appropriate for their environment.

13. Intellectual Property

remFREE, its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and related service materials are owned by B Moore Solutions LLC or its licensors except where otherwise identified. These Terms do not transfer ownership of remFREE intellectual property to you.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, managed systems, or third parties; address non-payment; comply with law; investigate abuse; or respond to a material violation of these Terms.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, remFREE is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, complete detection of security issues, or that every management action will succeed on every device or environment.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B Moore Solutions LLC and remFREE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to use of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, recovery procedures, access controls, and change-management practices for systems you manage.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. The current version will be available on this page.

19. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the remFREE Privacy Policy.
