This Privacy Policy explains how B Moore Solutions LLC collects, uses, processes, and protects information in connection with remFREE.
We may collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, including your name, email address, organization or workspace information, authentication information, account preferences, tenant membership, support messages, and feedback.
When the remFREE agent is installed on an authorized device, the service may collect operational and inventory information needed to provide remote monitoring and management features.
Depending on enabled features, this information may include device identifiers, hostname, operating system, architecture, agent version, online status, heartbeat information, hardware and software inventory, installed applications, patch information, security posture, compliance results, network information, logged administrative results, and similar device-management data.
remFREE records operational and security information about administrative activity. This may include the requesting user, tenant, device, action type, timestamps, job identifiers, status, errors, script or command metadata, remote-session lifecycle events, and other information needed for auditing, troubleshooting, and security.
When an authorized user requests a screenshot, remote-support session, command result, inventory collection, or another administrative operation, remFREE processes the information necessary to perform that request.
Screenshots and other requested artifacts may be transmitted to and stored by the service so they can be displayed to authorized tenant users and used for operational troubleshooting and audit purposes.
File Browser operations may process filesystem paths, filenames, directory listings, sizes, timestamps, transfer status, and related metadata.
When an authorized user uploads or downloads a file, remFREE processes the file contents as necessary to perform that transfer. Audit and Activity views are designed to record transfer metadata such as the device, path, filename, size, requester, job identifier, time, and result rather than displaying the transferred file contents themselves.
Commands, scripts, compliance checks, software-management operations, and similar jobs may produce output, errors, exit codes, evidence, or other results. These results may be stored so authorized users can review job history, investigate failures, and maintain an audit trail.
We may collect IP addresses, timestamps, browser or user-agent information, authentication events, enrollment events, security events, session metadata, request information, and other logs used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
remFREE may use cookies or similar browser storage necessary for login, session management, security protections, preferences, and normal application operation.
Payment transactions for paid remFREE plans may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider presented at checkout. Payment providers process payment-card information under their own privacy and security practices. remFREE may receive subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing status, and related account information needed to administer a subscription.
We use information to provide and operate remFREE; authenticate users and agents; perform requested device-management actions; display inventory, status, compliance, and audit information; process subscriptions; deliver service communications; provide support; investigate errors; detect abuse; improve reliability; and protect remFREE, its users, and managed systems.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate remFREE, such as hosting, infrastructure, email-delivery, payment, security, and support providers, when reasonably necessary to provide those services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, systems, or the security of the service.
We do not sell personal information.
Information associated with managed devices may be visible to authorized administrators and users of the tenant or workspace responsible for those devices. Tenant owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access and permissions.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain audit and security records, troubleshoot operations, administer accounts and subscriptions, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary by data type and operational purpose.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or transaction records after deletion from active application views.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect remFREE and the information it processes. No online service, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information. Account and tenant administrators may also manage information through available remFREE controls.
Privacy requests may be sent to info@bmooresolutions.com . We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.
remFREE is an administrative tool. Customers and tenant administrators are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority, notice, and consent to collect or process information from devices and users they manage.
We may update this Privacy Policy as remFREE, applicable law, or our operational practices change. The current version will be published on this page.
