This User Agreement governs access to and use of remFREE, including the remFREE website, dashboard, agent software, remote access tools, scripts, compliance checks, inventory, screenshots, and related services.
By creating an account, accepting an invite, installing the remFREE agent, or using remFREE, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use remFREE.
remFREE is an actively evolving remote management and device visibility service. Core features are available today, but screens, workflows, agent behavior, and feature availability may change as the service improves.
You may only install or use remFREE on devices, accounts, networks, and systems that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. You are responsible for making sure your use of remFREE complies with applicable laws, workplace policies, customer agreements, and user consent requirements.
remFREE includes remote access, screenshots, scripts, inventory, and management tools. These capabilities must be used responsibly and only with proper authorization. You may not use remFREE for unauthorized access, surveillance, harassment, credential theft, data theft, or any other harmful or unlawful purpose.
remFREE may allow authorized users to run scripts, commands, checks, and other actions on enrolled devices. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any action before running it. Some actions may change device configuration, install software, remove software, or affect system behavior.
remFREE may provide device posture and compliance-style checks for signals such as operating system patch level, security configuration, firewall or antivirus posture, installed application versions, local administrator exposure, and related baseline indicators. These checks are intended to help you understand and improve device posture.
You may not use remFREE to attack, disrupt, compromise, or monitor systems without authorization. You may not attempt to bypass remFREE security controls, abuse enrollment, share access in a way that creates unauthorized control, or use the service as malware, spyware, or a remote access trojan.
remFREE may change over time. Features may be added, modified, renamed, limited, or removed. We may update agents, dashboards, policies, modules, and workflows as the product evolves.
remFREE is provided as an online service and may experience outages, bugs, maintenance windows, performance issues, or interruptions. You should not rely on remFREE as your only method of accessing critical systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, devices, agents, invite links, and enrolled systems. Notify us if you believe your account or tenant has been accessed without authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, remFREE and B Moore Solutions LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if use of remFREE violates this Agreement, creates risk to the platform, harms other users, violates law, or appears inconsistent with authorized device management.
This Agreement may be updated as remFREE evolves. Continued use of remFREE after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
